I found this note on a website about Visa requirements:

A "Letter of Invitation" is supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel. U.S. Embassies and Consulates do not have one specific format that these letters must follow. Consular officers look at the totality of an applicant's personal situation in determining visa eligibility. Supporting documents, such as a "letter of invitation", are often useful, but are not decisive in determining an applicant's visa eligibility. Mere possession of a letter of invitation from a U.S. source will not necessarily guarantee that the holder will receive a visa.

Essentially, they want you to write a letter for your parents explaining why they need to be in the country. It would also probably be useful to supply the date of the wedding, and how long you would like them to be allowed to stay afterwards.

I would suggest something as follows:

To whom it may concern,

This letter is meant as an invitation for MOTHERS NAME and FATHERS NAME of Seychelles to attend the wedding ceremony of their daughter YOUR NAME who will be wed to HUSBAND NAME on WEDDING DATE in the town of WEDDING CITY.

They are expected to arrive in the country a few days before the wedding on ARRIVAL DATE and would be leaving the United States on or before LEAVING DATE.

In the event that you have any questions regarding this invitation, please feel free to contact me at PHONE NUMBER or at the address supplied below.

Respectfully,

YOUR NAME

circulate to any paper grant or place of work grant shop & order invites. they are able to be ordered on line besides the undeniable fact that it seems such as you would be able to desire to apply the suggestion you may purely get with a genuine man or woman no longer on line. solid good fortune!
