For one, all they can do is hold you for a few hours for drunk in public. Two, there has to be some kind of report, if there was a call for police to go to, it'll will be in the Capitol Journal, or depending on how long ago you can look up the police calls in the CJ's online archive. If you are going to jail, then you got a ticket. Did you pay it on time or go to court??
You didn't give a very good timeline on this and I feel there is a lot more to the story you aren't telling.
Also you can just call the city court (or Shawnee County courts) to find out if any charges have been filed. You know the date in question and tell them your name AND the date this occurred on. Start as soon as possible to get your butt out of trouble! good luck.
