Do partial with 300 or 310. As your strength increases you should soon be able to do a pull press.

some changes in only your benching technique might help your problem. many do not realize that the technique used for benching for power and to stimulate hypertrophy are different.

If you are into training and can lift that weight like i can you would not be on here asking this question... hence, i think your talking out of your backside.
