If you let him do it, they will probably come off in one second. If you do it, you might give him a little strip dance while you are at it to add some more heat to the already hot scene.
Now, two questions based on your question:
One: are you old enough for all this? I doubt it based on your question, and hope for his sake he is underage or he will be in trouble.
Two: are you ready to have sex? And don’t tell me you are not planning to have sex, because if you do get naked in front of him, you are going to have sex. Just make sure you guys are protected. Don’t get pregnant or catch STD.
But to really answer your question, no, you shouldn’t do either just cause he did something nice because later on he will expect that to happen every time he does something nice, and believe me, he will do something nice every single day all day long while being with you if you do this.
Is better to surprise him when he less expect it if you really want it to be nice, and when you are really ready for it as I don’t think you are or you wouldn’t be asking here to a million estrangers.

I have no clue what this "nice" act was that you b/f did. I highly doubt I would let my boyfriend watch, mainly because then it would make him believe that all he had to do was something "nice" for me and be rewarded sexually. It would make me feel degraded. I wouldn't mind doing something like that for my boyfriend, but not for the reason that I'd have to repay him for being "nice". I'd be offended, and drop kick him! Don't repay him sexually. He should be doing nice things for you and not expect to be repaid. Give him some recognition when he does nice things, doesn't mean you have to strip for him!
