get either a whiteboard or even a poster board (i suggest whiteboard more) and write down all the chores that she has to do everyday or if its different chores everyday then have the chores listed under the days of the week. place it somewhere where she'll be able to see it. if she doesn't want it in her room then place it somewhere that she usually goes to or passes by like maybe the bathroom, or the wall opposite her room. and plus you shouldn't shout at her to do chores. if she really wanted that money she would do it. if you use this suggestion and if she still doesn't notice it then maybe you should just ignore it and do it yourself with your spouse of whoever who does the housework. if she doesn't do her chores then she doesn't get the money. and if she doesn't do them, well better and worse for you, cause you'll have to end up doing it but at least you've saved some money ; ). hope this helps!

Start taking away the things she likes the most, like her video games. She might be more prone to start doing her share around the house if she realizes that she actually has to work for her "fun time". If that doesn't work, take more things away. She will finally give in, it may take a while and lots of shouting, but she will give in.

your the parent in this relationship....MAKE her hear you....tell her that she WILL NOT get anything if she does not help out, say what you mean and mean what you say, if she gets stroppy then just ignore her until she does what she has to do, (and don't give in) teens are always stroppy, you gotta let her know where she stands, be firm
