Ephesians 4:15
Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.
-We who are saved need to share the truth in love- but we still need to share the truth which is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mark 1
1The beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God.[a]
2It is written in Isaiah the prophet:
"I will send my messenger ahead of you,
who will prepare your way"[b]—
3"a voice of one calling in the desert,
'Prepare the way for the Lord,
make straight paths for him.'

Its like the game Spore, God or the excellent recreation participant, which i prefer to call him, is done with our aspect and is busy advancing his impression throughout the Universe and increasing his inter-galactic empire. The GGP is more often than not in all probability going back some day to make certain if its fairly actual that there is a marvelous bonus through blowing up the Earth with the Planet Buster.

God is love, with that being said, would he send us out to battle alone? As a Christ follower, it is important that we wear the Armour of God (Ephesians 6) when we "go about our fathers business". Jesus is our example. He did not walk the street yelling and screaming at people - they came to Him! They were captivated by his words and deeds, thousands came to hear Him speak and to be healed. I can not find anywhere in scripture where He advertised His teachings but they still came. He spoke a message of Love, from the Father. Without the Armour we are left unprotected. The enemy wants to use our words or deeds to destroy the work of the Father. Be careful to be lead by the Spirit of Truth or the enemy will steal the harvest!!!!

The true nature of your parents should also be LOVE. This love sometimes means having to tell you things that are not pretty and not nice.
It does not negate my Love for my children, just sometimes they need to know that there are real results that are unpleasent at best when they do wrong.
So, yes, I will sometimes speak negatively, and explain why. It is still up to them if they decide that they are going to ignore me just because I didnt tell them with LOVE.

I don't think I do. I'm a Christian and I'm not ashamed or afraid to admit it. First and foremost, He loves us unconditionally and wants only the best for us. My faith teaches that if I commit my life to Him, He will do wondrous things beyond what I could ever ask or think! How wonderful is that? But, first we have to come to Him through Christ. He tell us that there is no other way, but it's our choice. That's the God I love and serve. There is nothing negative in Him, His message or His salvation.

I for one do not speak negatively or condescendingly to nonbelievers. I pray before I ever witness to a person. If a person has a problem, then they need to look inside their own heart. The problem is not with us, it is with themselves and God.
Also, if it infuriates you, you also have a heart problem, and a problem with God.

This question has been floating around YA for a long time. For more answers, go back and look through those.
Overall, I think Christians disregard the part about speaking the truth in love, as it instructs us to do in Ephesians. It all comes back to not loving like we're commanded to do.

Not to burst your bubble, but it doesn't matter how I'm being approached... the concept of a god is still impossible. You could shout at me or sing to me... it won't make a difference. I've been there, done that, considered it and came to my own conclusion long before you thought to try to bring me the "good news".

Unfortunately that happens because we are all sinners. We are called to love one another as ourselves. I have sinned in this way many times. It is sad that we do not help those who need help. Lord have mercy on us.
