If a robber robs a bank, and gets away with it, would he try and rob another bank the same day?

When a robber robs a bank he's not really robbing the bank, rather he is robbing the robbed of their alowance the government didn't rob from them, so he is in fact liberating the robbed and oppressed. Why wouldn't he liberate more people who were robbed in the same day?
