well this might be long winded and i plead that most of u peeps out there could possibly help me here :(

I like this girl whos in my class she doesnt know and i dont intend on telling her anytime soon coz ive only been at that school for like half a year, the problem we have is we hardly talk at school although i get along fine with other people and so does she, i was told this was a first sign by some m8s at school, but it seems that when we talk on quick msnger stuff she used to start conversations but not any longer, i always have to make the first attempt unless she needs a favour which is kinda pissin me off, people said it seems she is shy around me an all but i always try to make conversation, she claims she likes no one atm and i cant see any reason for her to like me (not to mention i have a v bad self esteem when it comes down to things like this) she seems out of my league, i dnt wanna ask her out coz if she said no then everyone from school would just take the "p" plz hlp

You worry too much my good man. Now, I don't want to sound patronising, but when you're older, you'll realise that women aren't something to worry too much about. Don't do her favours just because you fancy her - that looks like you're a doormat. So here are your rules -

1. Be nice and polite
2. Do not fall at her feet when she asks a favour
3. Be bold - casually ask her whether she's busy this Saturday (make sure you actually suggest something to do, not just 'hey, want to go out with me?)
4. Ignore what other people may say or think - your life is for you, not them.
5. Don't take things too seriously - this is a game. Always look at it like a game.

if you really like this girl then you should ask her out, the longer it goes on the worse you will feel (which seems to be the case) why not speak to her when she is on mssnger nxt? most people seem honest and open on mssnger. say to her you want to ask her summthin and you want her to keep it to herself, I'm sure she will & then just ask her how she feels - it happened to a friend of mines daughter and worked! If she says no then say that you want to be friends and keep chatting to her, when you are at school you can chat about the things you asked her on mssnger and your friends prob wont know that you have asked her out! ps - if your friends do find out, let them say what they like and dont let it bother you, they will only say anything if they are jelous that this girl might like you! i think u should go ahead and let her know that u like her. everybody that i had a crush on when i was in school i didn't approach due to fear of rejection or me thinking i was not their type. needless to say, once i meet these people later in life they ended up telling my they had a crush on me. u never know how something will play out if u dont go for what u want.
