firstly you have to have a lot of hardware,eyebolts in the ceiling attached to a very sturdy beam,some strong chain about 4ft will do,some steel cable,a automatic garage door opener a very heavy leather belt with eyebolts attached,a bed with rubber sheets,a shovel and some rubber boots.
