It is decriminalized under an ounce. You can carry an ounce or less as long as you don't have a criminal record. You can also have three plants for personal use. Any more then those amounts you can go to jail as it is considered trafficing.

I have found no solid proof that supports this question.

As far as I know personally no it is no legalized but Victoria and Vancouver are very passive when it comes to their marijuana laws. It might help that the Prince of Pot Marc Emery lives in that area.

Bottom line, you won't get arrest for smoking a joint in Victoria.

Not really legalized, but decriminalized. In Australia, one is allowed a certain amount of pot for personal use. It's still illegal to sell it.

Yes and No. You can buy it and there are seed stores there. BUT... you can't grow it. Don't ask. I've never understood it.
