I am a twenty year old woman, and have know this person for ages now. We speak quiet a bit on the phone and will meet up at least once a week. This person is living with a partner, but has said that they do not love them. This person when we are out tends to keep eye contact all the time, is always buying the drinks even when i offer, always smiles when with me, admits that they get worried about me, and tells me things about their personal life, please can anyone help me out???

Ask them "If you buy all the drinks for me what can I buy you? A dinner, a movie or a bunch of flowers?"
If that doesn't help ask them out if they're the opposite sex i mean.

Why not have a few drinks get some dutch courage and ask him straight.
then you will at least know one way or the other.

the fact that he is still with someone else forget him. He is just taking you for a fool. Ditch him now.

Please make sure that he is really over the partner, and has moved out! Otherwise, he is committing emotional cheating. Hope that helps!
