It's not something that can answered in general but if your young wait a while after you think you feel it because usually it's just puppy love which means your in love with the idea of being in love with this person. So the let newness of having a boyfriend/ girlfriend wear off and see if the relationship is still standing.

that varies -- some never say it since they don't mean it, some say it right away because they think it's what you want to hear or will make you want to sleep with them. Some say it 6 months later, some, like my husband, say it after a month and mean it. There isn't a standard answer. When it is right, you will know it and the words will flow freely. My best advice is never to ask someone if they love you, because if you have to ask, it usually means they don't and will feel pressure to say it from that point on. You want it to come out naturally, not because it is demanded!

It can happen in days or months. Usually if it is something someone tells me in days, I don't believe it is anything more than intense infatuation.
I knew I loved my fiance probably three months into our relationship. We had already known eachother about nine months in total by then.

I personally wouldn't say it until a long time of being together, maybe 9 months plus...and not until he says it first....I have to know a lot about a person before I "love" them.

There is no precise time to say "I love you," it just happens. Whenever the right moment comes then that's when you say it. Even if the other person doesn't respond back it doesn't mean that they don't love you, it means they are not ready to say it.

depends on the person, do you really want someone who says i love you at the drop of a hat?
my bf said it in a couple days, past said in in a couple of months, one dude said it in a couple hours...

you can't put a time frame on that. it can be from 2 weeks to 2 months to two years or maybe longer.
