when you say you did everything, i assume thats the flowers, the dates, the meals, the small gifts and so on, and end result is that she isnt behaving like you expect....right?
one reason: you are doing what she expects most guys would do, you are being predictable and easy to play with...you will do anything to win her, she has you.
quit doing the routine that makes you look weak, predictable and same as the rest of them.
what you need to do is to reel her in and increase her interest in you.
be confident, treat her as a regular friend, quit calling her every day (try expand it to 2-3 days) and she isnt something that sits on a pedestal to worship, forget the v-day (that is so predictable), keep her guessing about you...be unpredictable...
you want to give something to her, give her on any day other than her birthday, val day, xmas day...
you show any nervousness and stuiff, she knows you arent confident nor "strong" as she likes you to be.

Dude, give it up. It's not worth it. If the girl isn't feeling you (as they say) you're wasting your time and someone else's who could possibly be waiting for you. I had this girl that I tried to do that with, when I stopped, she came running to me. The only problem (for her) was that I had found somebody much better.

With Valentines Day coming up, it's your perfect opportunity. Red roses and a box of chocolates delivered to her house will do the trick!

Check if she's already seeing someone first. If nothing is working then that might be the case and you're wasting your time (you may be annoying her).
If she's single though, tell her how you feel. Maybe she isn't sure if you like her. Just let it be known.

honestly im sure you really like her... but you shouldn't have to try so hard. just be yourself or tell her how you feel. when people try to impress each other so much sometimes they can becaome something theyre not which causes problems down the road... but then again i don't really know how "hard" your talkin about here because you didn't say specifics... but i wish u the best, good luck =]
