Apparently if it's not in the bible it's myth, so tell me why this ancient Roman God who bears light is evil, by only using your bible, and every passage or script you use should have the words 'Lucifer' in them, but 'ONE' rule...(not 10, lmao) YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE KING JAMES BIBLE?

If you do insist on using the King James, why not blame Yahweh?

Here is a passage from the King James:

[7] I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

So, in your 'holy' scripture ALL that is evil, IS YAHWEH, so blame him, he CONFESSES he created evil...

The expression “shining one,” or “Lucifer,” is found in what Isaiah prophetically commanded the Israelites to pronounce as a “proverbial saying against the king of Babylon.” Thus, it is part of a saying primarily directed at the Babylonian dynasty. That the description “shining one” is given to a man and not to a spirit creature is further seen by the statement: “Down to Sheol you will be brought.” Sheol is the common grave of mankind—not a place occupied by Satan the Devil. Moreover, those seeing Lucifer brought into this condition ask: “Is this the man that was agitating the earth?” Clearly, “Lucifer” refers to a human, not to a spirit creature.—Isaiah 14:4, 15, 16.

The Scriptures never refer to Satan specifically as "Lucifer" or a "morning star". The Scripture which some mistakenly apply to Satan is actually referring to the king of Babylon. The Scripture is quite clear, and even the supposed name "Lucifer" is a mistranslation of the sarcastic term "shining one" as a reference to the Babylonian king's former glory.

(Isaiah 14:4,12) [The prophet Isaiah] must raise up this proverbial saying against the king of Babylon and say:... O how you have fallen from heaven, you shining one, son of the dawn! How you have been cut down to the earth, you who were disabling the nations!

However, the Scriptures do refer to all angels as "morning stars" and "sons of God", such as in describing the angelic response to the creation of Earth by Jehovah God.

(Job 38:4,7) Where did you happen to be when [Jehovah] founded the earth? ...When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause?

Jesus is elevated as much more than a typical angel by the unique designations "the bright morning star" and "archangel".

(Revelation 22:16) I, Jesus, sent my angel to bear witness to you people of these things for the congregations. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright morning star.

(Numbers 24:17) A star will certainly step forth out of Jacob, And a scepter will indeed rise out of Israel.

(1 Thessalonians 4:14-16) Jesus died and rose again, so, too... the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice

There's plenty of references to Satan in NT and a few in OT,
but can't remember Lucifer at all. Mind you in sermons I've heard him described once in a while as Lucifer, suggesting occasionally that that was his name before he abandoned his place in God's order.

It would be interesting to know what 19C preacher Spurgeon made of him. Spurgeon had a great knowledge of classical myth as well as the bible. www.spurgeon.org

Lucifer, Satan, Beelzebub they are all one and the same-the Devil! God could not create evil, that is the opposite of God's nature. We are the ones who stumble over what is quite clear in Scripture. It depends if you are sceptical or not.

No He (God) created Good and made evil. God creates and the devil perverts. Satan has no creative ability so he perverts everything God creates. God created health, Satan made or perverted it into sickness. That is what the curse is all about. That is why he hates man because we where made in Gods image and therefore have His creative abilities.
