The fan is not electric but in conjunction with the power steering fluid used for operation.

Take it to a Jeep Dealership and let them handle the problem. Any other unseen problems can be rooted out.

never seen a jeep with hydraulic control fan, which module did you replace ,some jeep fan control module is located under the air filter housing bu it is hard ti reach it may be easier if you remove headlamp, changed many fans for same reason.but if it is hydraulic as stated look for a fan relay or even better put on the ac at the lowest temp and lok to see if fan works. some vehicle brake system works with hydroboost using the power steering pump . some toyo cars cooling fan works with engine iol pressure. in this case a relay opens a valve so oil can flow for high speed fan operation.you will still need to check all fuses for a start

Check your electric fuse that completes the fan circuit. The fan is driven by a 12 volt electric motor. I've never seen a hydraulic oil driven fan used to cool the radiator . Disconnect the power plug leading to the fan and run two separate #14 -16 insulated lines to the battery terminals with the engine off. If the fan is working properly it should spin. If not the heat control module that completes the fan circuit mat be bad.

A lot of newer Jeeps use hydraulic fans run by the power steering pump. There is a solenoid that controls fluid flow to the fan. Check that solenoid. These systems can be a pain, and your Jeep dealer is your best bet as they can isolate the solenoid with a scan tool to test it.

Did you replace the fan clutch? And is the belt on correctly and tight? Those are the first things I'd check.

Check with a Jeep repair manual or a Jeep dealership.
