You follow your gut. If you think he is cheating, keep your eyes open. Sometimes you just cannot find out for sure. Look for things like jewelry in his car and marks on his body. Girls that cheat with guys often want you to find out and will leave evidence for you to find.

well i would just check the simple things, like noticing how he acts when the phone rings or if it sounds like he's talking to someone fishy. I would check myspace as well. Although you cant see the messages, and those are the most important part... :( In the past, my ex would cheat on me by dropping me like a bad habit for a couple weeks. I would also hear from his friends "hey he fu.cked so and so, did you know this???" They would tell me each time there was a new girl. By this time, he would stop calling me and i would sort of move on away from the sadness, but he would come back. I finally let him go by being with someone else.

ok here goes a try at a good answer..
if you both really like each other... niether of you will cheat.. and thats a guarentee.. so when a person does cheat on his girl/guy it means that person never really cared aboutt he other in the first place.. so its kinda beter to know if hes cheating or not so you can tell if hes a sleeze and you can get over him..
basicly my point is if you really like a guy.. you'll trust him when he says that he likes you...but dont be nieve to think that hes telling the truth coz he might not be.. :).. theres no way of telling if he s or not.. you just have to ask him and hope for the best!

asking him he may just lie and say NO, going through his cell phone may not prove anything after all he has girls that are his FRIENDS, what i would look for is patten changes,eg if he his a guy don't normally keep his cell close to him and before it rings he answers and goes into a next room which he does not normally do, then some may be up.What i have to say is know your man know his habits and if goes upbeat thing thing is on.

If you think it then it is, trust you gut. Or you can come off like a crazy. If you love him then if worth the investigation. Look though his phone,go though his jeans, and or you could follow him. At any point you've had enough stop and, move on!!!

Always follow your guts. We woman are rarely wrong in this subject. You will feel it ,they always change. They are very stupid and they don't know how to lie. Just follow your instincts.
