Jesus is the one True God and the Bible clearly states that the devil is thrown into a Lake of Fire and Jesus wins in the end.

First off Jesus is God ( John 1:1, Revelation 1:7)
And secondly Jesus has the victory, who is God, and who will beat satan!

Proverbs 21:31
The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the LORD.

-And there are more scriptures where those came from.

God and Jesus are united together, so it would not work. The devil really is no match for a infinite power God.

i imagine that neither Jesus nor the devil would have interaction the different in a fist strive against. Jesus would not have interaction the devil because it truly isn't any longer his personality; the devil would not have interaction Jesus because he's already defeated.

Your question is fundamentally flawed. Jesus IS God. It's unreasonale to assume one would fight himself. Especially considering both God and Jesus are perfect beings, strife between them would not exist. Furthermore, God will always win against Satan.

It would depend on who played them in the movie.

If Chris Walken is the Devil, God is !@%$^#@'d

edit: Seriously, by definition, it would be an even match. The Devil is equal in power to God, they just have different abilities. God can inspire and create, and the Devil has the power to corrupt and destroy.

It would certainly have to be played out on our plane of existence where free will would be the deciding factor. Either God's followers triumph, or the Devil's corruption will take hold and God's little ant farm will be destroyed.

Impossible scenario, as Jesus would not fight the Creator. And, since the devil does not exist but in man, there is only man left to fight the Creator. And we see where that leads us -- here. To bicker and complain about not believing in something we cannot see, while no one really knows the Truth, and cannot until their own passing.

What? That makes no sense, if you are going according to Christianity, Jesus is God. That's like asking if God could make a rock so big he could move it. It's illogical so there is no possible answer.
