I'd say 22 to 28 physically, and 40 to 50 for overall best.

Well, at the moment I am 18, and I like more than my years past. I don't think that being a teen is a fun thing, there is so much drama in H.S. it's not fun. Before that you know less and are able to do the best. I like my age ahead of me because there are so many things that I am going to experience and want to see and learn about. My whole life is ahead me so this is a fun age, not too many responsiblities (teens really don't know that many responsiblities as we like to think!) and more freedom than being younger! Being young (1 - 11) is fun because you are innocent and always look for the good; things can be mended with a kiss or a "do over", being a teen is fun because you get more freedom, learn about the world and start to find your place in life. Being a 20 something/30 something is fun b/c first you go to college and then start a job and usually settle down. 40's and 50's should be fun, b/c yur kids are growing up, you have learned what life's really about, and you've lived a little. After that, you get to watch yur children have children, grow old and just enjoy being on the earth in a good place! SO every age is good age to be at, for different aspects!

The best age of your life is from 17-24 to me because is the age group where you start the real life do things on your own and 24 is the age where you started a family you have settled down.

they say every age has its good things..but if I had to choose I´d say 20-30 definately...most people under 20 still don´t know them self very well and what they want in life, very little money and freedom, insecurities etc... my best years were between 25 and 30....at 30 I started to worry about serious things like when to have kids, when to buy a house etc...between 25 and 30 all I did in my free time was seeing friends and travel all over the world without worries...however I am still very young (32) so let´s see if an older person answers this question..
