Just be honest. That is the best way. He may be upset at first but atleast you didn't lead him on and you were honest with him.

you just pull the lets be freinds card. then if he still bugs you and you know somone maybe introduce them and if that dosnt work just tell him that you really dont want/like him like that and GET AWAY OMFGGG

Tell him "Sorry, I really don't want anything __________ with you. Fill in the blank with what you are trying to convey (physical, sexual, platonic, etc.)
