The best way for a 13 year old to get drunk is to tell parents.That way maybe they can make you understand that drunk is not really all its cracked up to be.Hangover,saying things you can never ever take back and doing things that can ruin you for life.
WAIT!!! Until you are a adult before you even think about taking a drink.
The best way to get HIGH is do something really special for someone and watch their faces.Gets me HIGH every single time.

First, you live your life until you are 21 and THEN you won;t be so interested in vomiting up massive quantities of stomach acid after spending the night lying in your own puke.

you are too young to drink, you will throw your life away and become a garbage. if you want to drink and get drunk fast don't eat anything and consume 1 or 2 drinks, you will get drunk, throw-up and get a massive headache..then u wont' wanna drink again.
