G'day,
If you are asking states: then my pick will be Northern Territory and Queensland, due to their coordinate as well.

Northern Terriroty is quiet hot all year round, but tends to be quiet humated and sticky.
Northern Queensland also tends to be warm all year round, but a nicer type of heat.
Northern Western Australia also gets some warm weather as well, and typically doesn't get as cold as say Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Tasmania.
I have also put a link to a website with the average temp's for Australia:
http://www.clickforaustralia.com/Climate.htm
Hope this helps :)

No State is hot all year round everywhere, the States here are big. It is warm to hot most of the year in the north and in the summer in the south. To get a better idea, go to this web page:
http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/map/temperature/IDCJCM0005_temperature.shtml
and check average maximum and minimum temperatures in January and July. You can look at Australia as a whole or at individual States.
If you want to check the climatic averages for a particular place, go to
http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/averages/
scroll down, select the State or Territory then the place you want from the many places listed.

none are hot all year round but the top end including western australia...queensland and the northern territory dont have true winters like the southern states they still have temps between 20c and 30c but have been known to have cold snaps ...it has been known to have snow in brisbane in winter although rare..you still need to have a light jumper in the north just in case.
