I have had nausea off and on for the last month or so. It just comes and goes at random times, but it hits me hard. I know I'm not pregnant, and I am in good health. I quit smoking almost two months ago, I've been trying very hard to eat well and I've been exercising at least four days a week. Could my nausea be from my lifestyle change? And, if so, why would I feel this way if I'm now doing everything right? Please help- I can't take it anymore-but I don't have insurance so I can't go to a doctor. Thanks in advance for any help!

I have had the same problem as well, it usually comes for me in varying degrees. It started about a year ago in january, and it's been on and off since then, it's also only ever at night; is yours the same? I did go to the doctor about it, but no answers could be given. I have found recently that i dont get the nausea when i eat as little chocolate or sweet things as possible. Dont drink milk or dairy products after around 7pm ish, see if this does anything and avoid chocolate completely. Hope it helps.

If you are othewise feeling well, nausea could be some digestive related problem due to acid build up. Anyway, pl. try Ipecac 30 (full name is Ipecacunha 30 C potency pills) and take a few pills (5 to 10, a little more doesn't matter) on your tongue - it is a simple and safe homeopathic medicine.
