They have little smoking areas, surrounded by barbed wire and dogs, where they have machines that blow the smoke back into your face.
I've smoked 20 a day since I was 12. I would puke from the smell. I can't smoke in those things even after an 8 hour flight.

they have a remote room or two that has filters for smoking but mostly there is no smoking in public places indoors anymore... check the hotel for a smoking room ----- Mexico as remote as it seems has adopted some areas that are NO and outdoors is the last place that has no restrictions.........

No you cannot but they do have smoking rooms.
