How do I contact the palace in order to recommend someone for an OBE?

Go to www.honours.gov.uk and click on "How to Nominate" which has a step by step guide how to do it.

You have to contact Downing Street for a nomination form.

OBE stands for 'Other Buggers Efforts'. And MBE stands for 'My Bloody Effort'.

contact 10 downing street, pass a brown sealed envelope containing high denomination notes only, place the name of the person you are nominating. Easy Peasy.....next year they will get their knighthood.
