He is a married man who was unhappy when we started our friendship. Now things have turned into more and he is happy and I want to end it. But I dont want to loose the friendship. I know this is what I get!!

Walk away. You know that old saying, If you love something set it free. If he/she comes back, it was meant to be. I would tell this person how you feel and what is going on in your heart and head. At that point you have said everything you need to, so you walk away. But, don't walk away and shut the door completely if you would like things to go in a long term direction. This gives them some time to mull over what was said and to feel things for themselves. If they come back, then you might have something to work together to accomplish. If they don't, well then, you move on - as hard as that is sometimes.

Just tell him that you do care deeply for him but you can't continue the relationship your in. For yourself, it all depends on why your wanting to end it, if it makes it right for you.

Not enough information to say. If you have strong feelings for him, why do you want to end it? The answer to that question will probably answer your question.

if it is an affair then either you or him is in a realitonship, and you should not of got in it in the frist place
