John 17:9, part of his prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane. Sounds like pretty limited atonement to me.

Jesus died for those who believe, and who will believe. He has covered the sins of those who are going to be saved, and who are saved now.

John 10:15
just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

-The "sheep" are those who are God's elect- the "elect" are those who are saved and who will be saved- christians.

He did not exclude the unbelievers. In Abraham all the world was to be blest. The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.

Churchianity is a pagan religion. The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.

It is limited to those who God chooses. After all, it is according to HIS love and mercy to determine who would be forgiven. It's His will, not ours, that saves us and restores us with Him. Not everyone is invited or welcomed. Now He has stated what His will is... that we are to believe who Jesus is and what He has done for us. We are to repent, to ask forgiveness of our sins, and from the sorrow of our heart desire not to do things against Him or other people that is not motivated by our love for them. Not everyone will do this, and God knows those who will, from the beginning to the end of time. Not everyone will accept Christ and this new covenant with God.

You're right. You must remember that his life was written down long after his death, and after it was decided that he would be used to represent Christianity as the "Son of God." There were many people named Jesus back then, many people were "messiahs," and many were crucified.

Listen part of the reason that heaven is going to be such a great place is they'll be so few people to have made it, there will be a ton of room!

you're only excluded if you choose to remain a non-believer. The sin debt has been paid--but God will not force you to accept salvation. You must make that decision for youself.

not true. Jesus was the "final Sacrafice". that we may come thru Him to God and we quit offering up burnt offerings from then on.

His atonement can only cover those who decide to accept it.

He died for them to give them OPPOTUNITY to believe! Without belief, one can't possibly have the FAITH needed to accept the full truth and meaning behind Christ's sacrifice.

Because he gave us a choice to choose for ourselves being that he died so that we may believe unto eternal life.
