I've heard about this diet alot and finally decided to try it out. So far, after a week, I see no results and I'm also on Sugar Buster diet with it. Has anyone tried this diet and if so, can it take longer than a week to see any results? Also, what is the exact method of the diet? I'm mixing 1 tbsp. in 1 cup water before all meals. Perhaps I'm not doing it right.

Burning more calories than you consume is the only to lose weight ie. diet and exercise.

Anything else is a fad.

I believe it's the incorrect factor to do. I have a larger one for you. What are you seeking to do, free weight?? or are you attempting for a detox of the liver ?? For a detox drink one gallon of distilled consuming water daily with a few tablespoons of lemon juice in it. Also drink one glass of Organic apple juice daily and not anything else at inquisitive about 6 days or should you think good enough at that factor and wish to head a few extra days then good enough. There is adequate change within the 2 diets that yours wont deliver you adequate vigor to make it. I have attempted my vitamin for five days and did not get just a little hungry. Good good fortune

The apple cider vinegar diet is just another scam. It does nothing for weight loss.

Eliminating most of the sugar out of your diet IS a good thing. Stick with that, eat smaller portions and exercise. Even if you just take a good, brisk walk for an hour every day.

youre doing it right, but theres no proof that the diet works. the idea, though, is that the vinegar is supposed to 'suck' or absorb the fat out of what you eat. but eating healthy food like fruits and veggies and whole grains and lean protien is a better bet for losing weight!! and i bet it will be faster!!

i have tried this diet, i used to mix one tsp in a glass water on an empty stomach upon waking. Its awful it tastes and smells awful but it increases your appetite rather than supressing it
