I have 2 girls myself. The eldest being 12 and 3 the other. The mainstream parents would encourage their kids to read, but i believe it's all crap.Would a 3 year old really understand?I doubt it.On the other hand, communicating with them seems a better way.No mushy talks but having a decent conversation like you would have with an adult. You'll be surprise at their capacity to comprehend your every word.

Do yourself and the twins a favor. I'm not trying to be sarcastic..
but a good evening parenting class at your local high school
will teach you how to handle different situations...

Good Luck..

Your twins are at an age where they are testing the boundaries.

Let them cry when they don't get their way! They have to be shown that crying doesn't get them anywhere, and that you are in charge. It's hard, but they will gro out of it.
