Get some help. Talk to Legal Aid or whatever is available where you live. In some states the worthless son of a ***** could be forced to pay child support even if you're still shacking up. Others recognize paternity as a binding common-law marriage. Start right now gathering all the information you'll need if he decides to skip. If he has no place to run, no place to hide, he'll probably decide to do the right thing and support his child. Anyway, every child has a father and all deserve a Daddy .

If u are still together why are u putting him on CS ?, unless u are telling me that u are with him and he is not taking supporting your child and if that's the case u should find a gauridan for your child because u have no respect for yourself and child.

You can't collect child support if the father is living with you. And you don't "put someone on child support" you file for it with an attorney.

Ask him to pay and if he doesn't than get child support. If he gets mad about it than he shouldn't of made a baby with you. Do you think he is just staying with you to avoid paying?
