No blood, guts, and gore. It's just that I deal with this problem often (rescues) and am looking for creative ways to get revenge.
Thanks!

Not looking for debates on Karma or legality issues. Couldn't give a crap about either. I want CREATIVE ways of dealing with the humans associated. I love the responses for peeing on the sofa and throwing turnip seeds in their grass (THAT was fantastic!) Lets be creative people and show the world what people can do when karma and caution are thrown to the wind!!!!!!!

There is no way to get revenge. People who mistreat an animal have to have a heart which I doubt very much these type of people have one. The best thing you can do is help the animal in need. Be their voice. A dog will lick the hand of the master who beats him. So sad that people have to treat animals like they do. Why do they do it?? They have to have the control I do everything I can to help animals. They are my world. Animal cruelty comes in many forms. Leaving a dog tied up all day. Why have a dog when he lives outside on a chain. Not taken the animal in during harsh winters. People letting their dog have puppies every six months. Not feeding them nor taken them to the vet. I have known an owner training his dog by beating him. I for one , being a women, Beat the owner. I didn't win but I did get a few belts in and I took the dog.
We all have to take a stand..instead of people saying it is a shame about that dog outside tied up like he is, or see someone mistreating a dog and not doing anything about it. If everyone takes a stand and do something maybe one day there will be less mistreated animals. I would like to hope for that.
We are taken land away from the wild animals, but shoot them when they come into our yard. Where are they to go? If people keep building we won't have any wildlife left to enjoy.
Like everything else we have to do something to help the animals.
I told a person yesterday to get their dog in the house because it was so cold outside. He said to me oh he won't get cold. I told him to stand outside with out any shoes on and see how long he last. He brought the dog in.
Well so much for answering this question...Just when you figure some people out you get someone like this. Here I thought you were out for the animals..You are no better than they are. If you really want to pee on some one couch, do it but don't use this as an excuse. I think it is about time you grew up a little.

I understand your urge, believe me I do.
unfortunately two wrongs don't make a right. Just live secure in the knowledge that some day they will come face to face with what they have done.
You don't want to make yourself a petty small person..THe only thing I can think of that you can do is get active in helping the abused animals, (if you haven't already) maybe volunteer for an animal rescue, become a foster home for unwanted dogs or cats or horses..we need more of them,
Remember though, there is nothing in the world demeaning or wrong with telling people that you think they should be featured on animal cops!

Do something constructive. Start a "blacklisting" system of people with past animal abuse records. The computer database can be set up with the help of animal shelters. This blacklist should be available to people considering selling or giving a dog to someone.
I think the dog lovers here are SERIOUS. We don't take animal abuse lightly. Talking about creative or funny ways to get revenge is just talk. You have to actually do it, and that means it has to be do-able. Otherwise, it's just talk.

ARGGGGHHH! I know where you are coming from. I am a veterinary techician, and sometimes I'd love to just reach over and beat people. However, that's not going to solve anything. Like the other posters have said, call the humane societies or SPCA in your area and have the abusers prosecuted. I can understand your frustration, I've been there!
Good luck... and I hope you find some relief!

It is rough. Help report problems with exact details. The animal control officers can't do anything just be cause you say it "bad" they need specifics to investigate. All shelters work with a rescue or have some type of adoption. Offier to foster so they don't have to put others to sleep in order to get the other pets out of their situation.
Report report report. If a pet gets away from its owners call and make a found report. If pet is not claimed within your legal limits find yourself a rescue to work with you to get the pet vetted and adopted to decent people!!
You can help stop cruelty its stupidity I have trouble with. People adopt and take on a life then simply don't want it anymore. That kills me. My beasts drive me insane I can barely walk in my house but the thought of loosing one to death destroys me.

I hate to say this, but the only sure fire way is to get video/picture evidence of abuse and send it to the authorties/SPCA/whatever Animal Law enforcement group is in your area. Never take the law into your own hands, even if those people deserve a proverbial/literal beating. (which in this case they do, but that's besides the point)
P.S. Might want to go to the court to get special permission to photograph the area in question as well, to prevent legal issues.

Even if you get revenge, people that do not understand that animals have feelings, will not understand your "revenge", they will see it as a senseless act of an irrational person. The best thing you can do is show that yourself and others are compassionate people and possibly, hopefully, then they will at least see that their behaviour is socially unacceptable..even if they do not change their own attitude towards animals.

Plenty of good ideas already. I personally would examine city/town ordinances and see if they are in violation of any. Whether, their fence is too tall or grass is too long, I would take every opportunity to make things as difficult as possible. (within the bounds of the law)

Turn them into your local animal shelter/rescue groups immediately!!
Go to: http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/index.htm
and find some in your area.
Remember this, "What you do in life comes back to you." Becareful of what you do and say.
Put signs in their yard saying they are an animal abuser. Or put them all across town "These people abuse animals"
Put some creative sign over their license plate so they will get pulled over.
Raise money to put their name in the paper and send mailings out to all those people who advertise pets for sale. You better be sure that they did these crimes or you could be sued for slander.
