Tons of options for chicken. For grilling I like a simple mariande of two crushed garlic cloves in 6 ounces of pineapple juice and 5 ounces of soy sauce. Put it all in a ziplock bag and marinate chicken for at least six hours but not more than 24 hours.

The best way to do chicken on a grill is drunk chicken. You will need a grill with a high top or a smoker though. You simply put the chicken in a bowl and pour a bottle of italian dressing over it, fill the rest with beer. cover the bowl and shake it up. Leave it overnight. Heat up the grill. Once it's hot take the chicken out, pop open a can of beer and stick it inside the chicken. Do not let the beer spill. Stand it up on the grill and shut the lid. It will take a few hours to get done. Check it once and a while with a meat thermometer. They make stands for beer can chicken. It makes standing it up alot easier.

A basic Italian dressing makes an easy marinade for grilled boneless chicken breasts. Just put them in a covered bowl or seal in a plastic bag and marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Another one we like is to use a seasoning like Durn Good seasoning, then spray lightly with Pam for Grilling and grill. We use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com for instructions on how to grill chicken breasts that stay moist and juicy.

Then we put a little of our favorite barbecue sauce in a dish and use it as a dipping sauce. It's outstanding.

I wash the chicen parts in cold water and put them in a plastic bag. I love using Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. I pour the dressing in the bag and work it into the chicken. It has a nice flavor and it is so easy as I have that dressing on hand all the time. Another way is using lemon pepper. I just sprinkle the amount that I care to use and let set for a few minutes and grill. The lemon makes the chicken tender.

I've used Italian salad dressing before, quite yummy.

here is a similiar recipe to what I use

Italian Marinated Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
1/3 cup vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
To Marinate: Place chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Poke several holes in breasts with a fork; season with salt and pepper to taste and cover with salad dressing. Toss to coat, cover dish and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (discarding of any remaining marinade) and saute in skillet for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Grab a bottle of your favorite salad dressing and pour some in a zip lock. Throw in the chicken and voile! you have marinated chicken.
You can also marinate with citrus juice like orange or pineapple.

The idea behind marinating is that you have added some sort of acid that will break down the meat tissue so it is softer when cooked and will add flavor. White wine, raspberry viniagrette, italian dressing, poppy seed...pick one!

drizzle chicken with a litle olive oil and shake on season salt. let sit for a few hours. very tender and juicy. don't over season or it will get to salty. another is olive oil, minced garlic, a little black pepper, oregano and a little lemon juice. go easy on the juice. let marinate for at least 2 hours.
