Nope....mostly genetics increase high blood pressue. Too much salt on red meat, or vegetables, or anything for that matter can cause an increase as well.

No, not to my knowledge. Ham does though. It is according to how much sodium is in the food. Sodium, or salt, makes the body retain fluid and increased blood pressure happens.
