Actually - Seminaries aren't specifically Catholic like someone said above. I know because I've been to a non-Catholic Seminary. Seminary is basically a special school providing education in theology, religious history, etc., primarily to prepare students for the priesthood, ministry, or rabbinate. This can include ANY religion.

A bible college, on the other hand, is exclusively a Christian college focusing on scripture, but offering degrees in many subjects. {?} I thought it was just like going to a Christian college. I could be wrong about this.

Bible colleges teach not only about the Bible... those classes are a requirement to graduate from that college.. but they teach every thing else....

Seminaries... are those that teach and study the doctrine of a certain 'man made' denomination... for example... you have the Baptist Seminaries... vs ... Presbyterian... etc.

Bible colleges are usually for undergraduate degrees and amy include non--Bible related degree programs. Seminaries mainly focus on training people for ministry and higher education in theology. That may include a variety of degrees as well such as counseling, church history, etc. It largely depends upon which two schools you are looking at. Let me recommend the Master's College and Seminary. Check it out online

Seminaries are for teaching future Catholic priests. Lay people do not attend seminary. Bible Colleges don't have much to do with furthering Catholocism. Hope this helps.
