That's sweet!! I'm sure she'll love it!! Here's a very simple (only 4 ingredients) but very elegant looking and absolutely, deliciously addictive dessert that is sure to WOW her.
Banana Torte
Ingredients: graham crackers ( not the crumbs), liquid honey, sliced bananas, whipping cream.
Method: On a nice platter or plate, arrange the crackers to the width & length you want.( You can make this as big or as small as you want) Then, put a small dab of honey on each cracker to keep them from sliding on the plate and arrange the first layer.
squeeze honey back & forth so there is enough, when spread out
(a rubber spreader works well) to lightly coat each cracker. Put the (evenly sliced) bananas on to cover. Arrange another layer of crackers( no need for the dab of honey on the bottoms) another layer of honey and bananas. Continue layering until about 4 layers of everything (too high and it may start to slide)
Whip the whipped cream (do not sweeten) a couple of drops of food coloring added will tint it a pretty color, red will make a pretty pink. ( You can save a bit of whipped cream to garnish, more on that in a sec.) Ice the torte as you would a cake, covering all of it. If desired, put more red food coloring in the reserved whipped cream and GENTLY FOLD from the sides in with the rubber spreader until incorporated & uniform red. Use an icing bag with a small plain tip, or put it in a small plastic bag, twist and hold the top, cut a small hole in one corner of the bottom, squeeze gently and draw different sized hearts on the iced torte. Refrigerate for a few hours, to give it time to soften, or even overnight until ready to serve.
To cover with plastic, stick toothpicks in it a short ways, or wooden skewers & put plastic wrap over it so it is not touching the torte. It won't dry out & crack with the plastic over it.
The result is exceptional & it looks beautiful and tastes out of this world!!! My family makes it often for special occasions because it is easy and tastes so Awesome!

This is real simple and looks as though you really went to a lot of trouble.
Start with a store-bought or homemade graham cracker pie crust.
Fill with coffee flavored ice cream.
Freeze until about a half hour before serving. Cut pieces to serve and top with fudge topping (store bought) add a little whipped cream and a pretty cherry.
It's quick, easy and very romantic. If you don't like coffee ice cream, try strawberry. That would look great for Valentine's Day.
Good luck!
P.S. I think it is very romantic for a man to prepare a meal for his girlfriend.

How sweet of you!
This is so easy my husband has made it before...
Cherry Pineapple Crumble
1 20oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (do NOT drain)
1 20oz. Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 Box White or Yellow Cake Mix
1 Stick Butter
1 – 1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
Warm Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a cake pan (8x13) spread crushed pineapple and juice. Spread cherry pie filling over pineapple. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) over fruit. Cut stick of butter into thin pats and top cake mix with pats of butter. Bake 30 minutes.
After the crumble comes out of the oven mix the powdered sugar with enough warm water to make a glaze. Pour glaze over the crumble. Best served at room temperature. Top with ice cream if desired.
Enjoy!!

its a little harder but relativly easy . but u need lots of egg whites . im making if for valentines day .
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cake flour, sifted
12 egg whites (the closer to room temperature the better)
1/3 cup warm water
1 teaspoon orange extract, or extract of your choice
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a food processor spin sugar about 2 minutes until it is superfine. Sift half of the sugar with the salt the cake flour, setting the remaining sugar aside.
In a large bowl, use a balloon whisk to thoroughly combine egg whites, water, orange extract, and cream of tartar. After 2 minutes, switch to a hand mixer. Slowly sift the reserved sugar, beating continuously at medium speed. Once you have achieved medium peaks, sift enough of the flour mixture in to dust the top of the foam. Using a spatula fold in gently. Continue until all of the flour mixture is incorporated.
Carefully spoon mixture into an ungreased tube pan. Bake for 35 minutes before checking for doneness with a wooden skewer. (When inserted halfway between the inner and outer wall, the skewer should come out dry).
Cool upside down on cooling rack for at least an hour before removing from pan.
Cook's Note: Since they're easier to separate use the freshest eggs you can get.
if u serve it with some strawberries and whip cream its da bomb.

Maybe serve these with some strawberries:
Cinnamon and Sugar Twists
Ingredients
puff pastry
cinnamon
sugar
Cut a strip of puff pastry about 2cm wide. Fold it in half and twist it around down the full length of the pastry. Place onto a greased baking tray and form the shape of your choice.
Sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Turn it over and do the same on the other side.
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

buy a bag of nestle chocolate chips and there's a recipie that's very simple for cookies or cookie bars on the bag. dress them up with some icing, which you can buy pre-made in tubes, if you'd like to add a romantic touch with an "i love you" or something. have fun! Give yourself about 45 minutes from start to finished cookies.
