It's usually right around 99$/Month no matter where you go.... anything more than that and its time to see if you are getting ripped.

That depends on where you are and what you are studying....as well as how much time you get per month (fixed schedule or unlimited training time). Here in Fresno and the surrounding areas, for a school with unlimited training time and access the going rate is about 35 dollars a week or 100 month on average (at least that's what I charge). For some of the places that have fixed shcedules (you come only on certain days and at certain times) the rate is arond 50 dollars a month.

I would say $90 a month is average. Martial arts are not cheap. You can always try to negotiate the prices.

I train in southern california

Jujitsu
My kids are $680 per child a year for full access. If I want them to just go to minimum classes it is $360 a year. I have a special for myself that is $7 per class. Tournaments are expensive.

Judo
Judo is really cheap. I pay $45 for 2.5 months for each kid and $45 for myself. Judo tournaments are cheap.

I live in Missouri and California prices are two to three times what I charge. I only charge $45.00 a month. I buy my students their uniform , I don't charge testing fee's unless they are going for their blackbelt, (thats because I bring in others from out of state to help me grade ), and I don't beieve in any hidden expenses.

I would say no more than 125 dollars a month. I live in NY so our prices should be similar.
