Doing it underwater (I would assume you are talking about sex) could be erotic, but not necessarily the best. Water cleans up the natural female lubrication, and leaves her “dry” even when you are underwater. Water doesn’t work at all as lubrication, so you two can end up not having any pleasure. It is better for a quick one, that way you don’t run into that problem.
A solution is to do it in a tub, so you can mix some oils with the water, but you must look for safe oils to do this, not all of them are safe internally. Some of them can be used to massage, so you two can massage each other in the tub, and can have a nice end to it if you know what I mean.
