I enjoy both, but don't find them to be sexual experiences (typically)...just pleasurable. However ANYthing can be made sexual with the right mindset and mood.
Horseback riding doesn't tend to stimulate anything in the vaginal area, but we can give thought to having powerful muscles between our legs and get turned on thinking of a man instead of a horse...
Many motorcycles today don't vibrate like the older Harley's used to, so again it's not so much an arousal factor, although if we tip our hips forward we can pick up whatever vibration is occuring and it can feel good in the vaginal area.
Riding can be very groovy...horse or bike or man. ☺

if you are riding bareback (horse) sometimes it can, especially when you are trotting.
