I'm guessing the first digit of the 5 digits at the beginning (the area code) is a zero. Knock this off, and add 44 (the country code)in its place. Ta-da!
Hope this helps.

If you have been given 11 digits it is likely to be of the format
02074 374370. Add +44 for u.k. and omit the leading zero.
i.e. 0011 44 207 437 4370

0044 then say, 2083333333. If you were phoning from uk it would just be 02083333333 which would make it 11 didgits. When phoning international numbers always leave out the 1st 0 from the whole number and dail the 00 along with the international code.
