I am not a doctor, so I don't know what they would say but acording to Weight Watchers a healthy weight for an adult that is 4'10 is 96-120 lbs. That is a BMI of 20-25%. As a active young person I would say the range could go a little lower, but anywhere in that range is considered healthy and not obese. You just need to start good habits now that you are young. Being an athlete like you are is an excellent start. Remember to eat well, drink plenty of water and tons of veggies, also get your portion size under control now, so you don't have problems ten years from now like me. The average size resturant meal is generally two maybe three real portions. Also remeber it does not matter what other people say or think. The women on top model are not reality and as long as you feel good about you and your body you are doing great.

Don't worry about your weight too much. You're 14 there is no need to be too concerned. If you are 4'10", then 110 pounds is a healthy weight. It would make your BMI (body mass index) somewhere around 21 (18.5-24.9 is considered a healthy BMI range). Also, if you are muscular, you will weigh more, because muscle weighs more then fat, but its better to be 110 pounds and have some muscle, the be 110 pounds and have very little muscle.

If you are athletic and muscular, then don't judge by your weight or your BMI. Muscle weighs more than fat, so those are inaccurate indicators of how healthy you are. Check your bodyfat percentage instead.

That is like. 1.20 meters right. Gosh that is small, but yeah, 110 for your height is considered obese. I am not saying you look fat, but at that height, you are considered obese.

Definiton of Obesity: Person weighing 20% more than their IoIM

Indice of Ideal mass. You do some caculations with your age and Height and it should give you your Ideal mass, for me for example, I am 5.8 and am 14, My ideal mass is like 70 kg, and I am something like 85, and I only have like 15% of fat (That is like average) but I am considered obese because I am more than 20% of my Ideal mass.

anybody around 5 feet, a "good weight" is about 100 lbs. to be slender. Why don't you do a BMI calculator and determine according to your age height and weight if you are at a good weight.

As long as you are comfortable with your weight, you shouldn't let someone else dictate how you should be. Stay healthy!
