yes...there is....

When we move or buy a new house, we INAUGURAMOS the new house
so....you can invite like that..

Nos gustaria compartir la inauguración de nuestra nueva casa con ustedes... (we should like to share with you the inauguration of our new house)

or

Los invitamos a inaugurar nuestra nueva casa.. (We invite you to inaugurate our new house)
You can also add the day and hour.

We....are always "inaugurando" everything...If we built a BBQ ,,,,we invite friends to the inauguration...if we have a new house in the beach...we invite friends to the inauguration. It is as the presentation of the house to our friends.

Hope it helps

First of all under any circumstances, do not listen to Joey K.

There is no literal translation to Housewarming Party but you can use one of the following:

Festejando nuestro nuevo hogar
Celebrando nuestro nuevo hogar
each mean "celebrating our new home"

or

Fiesta de estreno de hogar

this is a more literal translation " New home party"

I don't think there is one, but you can call it "Celebrando Nuestro Nuevo Hogar" which means 'celebrating our new home'

"¡Bienvenidos a nuestro nuevo hogar!" - it means welcome to our new home.

The expression housewarming party" does not have any corresponding spanish expression.
