Is there any way, or a program I can buy, that I can use to cut certain words out of my music?

also i wanna know about a simple program i can buy and put it in my computer. can i use it to edit a single word at a time? and also include price range for the specific program? :)

there are lots of programs ot edit music.
my favorite is Audacity, my school has it for Music Tech class and uses it most often with SoundForge.
