I ate SO well for about 2 months. Then ONE day I went to a birthday party and had a cheeseburger, french fries and a piece of cake. All hell broke loose and I fell back into my crappy eating slump and I can't seem to get back into the habit.

The bad habits have been built over a lifetime, your new habits have only had 2 months...no competition!! lol

It can take less then 21 days to create new habits. Also, it is even easier to fall back into old habits because they become like second nature to us, even if we don't want them to. These old habits, however much we don't like them become comforting, so unless you are going to replace your old eating habits with newer, healthier habits, which you can enjoy just as much, you're going to have problems fighting off the cheeseburgers and fries.

Okay. Keep in mind that one meal of a cheeseburger, french fries, and a piece of cake will not sink your entire diet.

Get back to what you were doing before. No excuses, just hop back on the wagon. Get your plan, get excited about your goal, and get back on board.
