This is my 3rd trip on NWA, and the 3rd time they lost my luggage. Got it back this morning, but all the hassle we go thru each time. Any experience whats fair to request - granted Im not so sure about flying with them again, but am now writing up the complaint letter anyway We previously have gotten a $75 voucher.

Did any of the flights originate in the EU? If so, you're entitled to compensation. If not, it's up to the mercy of the airline. They'll probably only offer vouchers - if they do, try to get them redeemable on SkyTeam rather than NWA which means you won't have to travel with them again.

Be factual and curtuous with your letter. If you're arrogant, rude, or accusatory then you'll get nothing.

Change airlines, it's not worth the hassle.

stop complaining and deal.

take a bus or drive. all airlines misplace luggage so you wont be safe anyway.
