Help! I am miserable. I don't know what to take.
I took a Clairitin yesterday and it didn't do squat.
I turned to Chocolate covered Tootsie rolls..I just discovered them.

I can't breathe. I'm sneezing 5-7 times in a row. I even sneezed two at the same time! Another one started before the first ended. Now that was uncomfortable.

I have a sore throat, like someone scraped off a layer then stuck a golf ball in there with cayenne pepper on it. :)

My nose runs constantly, I'm congested, my eyes are just pouring out water and feel swollen, and a headache from Hell.
Nose very itchy.

My son was diagnosed with Mono a week ago, but I hope this is only a cold or allergy and a coincidence.
I do not have fever like he did, though I was quite tired all last week.

A drowsy type med is ok. I'm not leaving my big blue couch.

Have you ever been to the pharmacy when you feel this way? You stand there and scan the whole isle full of 'stuff' and can't think or make sense of it

Try a more natural approach lemon honey and chopped ginger as ginger is an anti inflamatory

you can get manuka honey as it is antibactirial

Also step up your vitamin c intake natural food state vitiamins

Echinacea is immune system boosting so for the future protection from illness its good to take for a month or two during the cold season.
Plenty of oranges and other fruit
If you think you have an allergy you might find a health store that does kinesiology allergy testing at a low cost, its better to know and eliminate the foods affecting you then you would know if a cold virus or have i eaten something i am allergic to ?

Clairitin takes a while to build up in your system...for immediate relief I have found Advil Cold an Sinus to work better
