Help! I am miserable. I don't know what to take.
I took a Clairitin yesterday and it didn't do squat.
I turned to Chocolate covered Tootsie rolls..I just discovered them.

I can't breathe. I'm sneezing 5-7 times in a row. I even sneezed two at the same time! Another one started before the first ended. Now that was uncomfortable.

I have a sore throat, like someone scraped off a layer then stuck a golf ball in there with cayenne pepper on it. :)

My nose runs constantly, I'm congested, my eyes are just pouring out water and feel swollen, and a headache from Hell.
Nose very itchy.

My son was diagnosed with Mono a week ago, but I hope this is only a cold or allergy and a coincidence.
I do not have fever like he did, though I was quite tired all last week.

A drowsy type med is ok. I'm not leaving my big blue couch.

Have you ever been to the pharmacy when you feel this way? You stand there and scan the whole isle full of 'stuff' and can't think or make sense of it

I totally feel for you. I know what you are going through exactly. I have had two sinus surgeries as a matter of fact. I use Allegra-D and Nasonex for maintenance and when I have a flair up of symptoms I take a Deconamine (it is like the equivalent of 6 sudafed and benadryl combo) it dries me up almost instantly and makes the watery itchy eyes go away.

I take Piriton (Chlorphenamine) which works for me, but it can make you drowsy.
