Egg Whites
Low-Fat/Non-Fat Cottage Cheese w/ Fruit
Non-Fat Yogurt (stay away from yogurt's high in sugar)
Soy Chips (look for ones lower in sodium)
Carrots
Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat Bread
Basically....snack on stuff that is high in protein and low in sugar/trans fats/saturated fats. Remember that not all fats are bad (fat in peanut butter and nuts is "good fat"). Protein makes you feel full longer...and helps build lean muscle mass when coupled with weight training/exercise.

Snyders Hard Sourdough pretzels. The best and 0 fat. They have unsalted too, if you don't like all the salt.

Apples, Oranges, Pears, Blueberry's, and Strawberry's. All are low in sugar, and high in antioxidants. Blueberry's especially!

Apples are great, they've got loads of fiber. Also carrots are good too. Pretzels are good as well!
