Be her friend and eventually she will come to her senses as long as you are trustworthy and honest she will believe you to be. Good luck!

How honest and trustworthy could you possibly be by trying to steal your friend's girlfriend while he is out of the country? That right there may be your biggest obstacle. If you two are meant to be together, it will happen. You cannot force anyone into something that they may not feel at the time. For now you need to settle with being her friend and stop trying to pressure her into leaving this man. She has to make her own mistakes so that she can learn from them. Quick question to you....if she did leave him to be with you...whose to say that the next man that comes along and does what you are doing, isn't going to take her from you? If she did it once she will more than likely do it again.

The only way to convince her that you are honest and trustworthy is to be honest and trustworthy. Be her friend and don't go in for the kill until she is over the loser she is currently with. Prove yourself as a friend before trying to move to the next level.

you can't. we cant control how other people feel. She loved your friend regardless of why you think she shouldn't be with him and should be with you. All you can do is wait and see if time plays out in your favor. Be very careful and not try and push yourself on her or you could push her away for good and lose a friend in the process.

I just read your subject line (not your post) but it's pretty hard to convince someone you are trustworthy. The harder you try, the more you come across as not being trustworthy.
People will learn you are trustworthy when they get to know you...by your actions and words...if you feel the need to convince them, it comes across as also trying to convince yourself.

first off the word is girl
second you are trying to steal your friends girl thats not cool
third if she leaves him for you, or cheats on him with you, you can expect her to do the same to you
basically the only thing you can ethically do is just be her friend, and when it ends between them, make your move

I think that you need to let her figure this out on her own. If you have already tried to tell her and have failed, then she must figure this one out for herself. Especially if she loves this other guy. She will need to get over him before she can move on.

Be there for her, show her how you feel about her.
I told my girl that she could do better than her current bf....
