No, you should always, always, always eat breakfast. Especially if you want to lose weight, it'll just start your metabolism for the day. Exercising in the morning will help too, but exercise anytime of the day will help that. You need to eat breakfast otherwise your body stays in starvation mode.

Wow..where did you hear that? Nothing could be further from the truth! Skipping meals will only slow down your metabolism. If you want to burn more calories and raise your metabolism, you should eat 4-6 small meals per day. Come visit us at http://womensdietandfitness.com for advice and support!

Quite the opposite. If you skip breakfast, your starving body puts your appetite into overdrive for the rest of the day. If you eat a good breakfast, you'll eat less the rest of the day. Skipping meals is not a good idea if you're trying to lose weight -- it's much better to eat healthy food frequently in small amounts. Learn to love raw vegetables and fresh fruit, and eat them throughout the day.

No, it's drivel. Skipping breakfast just gives your body a really bad start to the day and makes it less likely that you'll be able to maintain any sort of sensible eating pattern, because you'll be starving hungry and therefore ready to eat anything without a moment's thought! Try to eat something healthy and filling - maybe a slice of wholemeal toast and some fruit - and this'll set you up much better.

Actually the opposite is true. You skip breakfast and your metabolism slows. You also have a much higher chance of being overweight.

Some say that doing cardio first thing in the morning, before eating anything, is the best for fat burn. The idea being that when you haven't eaten for a while, your body's main source of energy, carbs, will be depleted. When you start exercising and need energy, your body will draw from your energy reserves, which is stored body fat.
Others will say this is bunk.

skipping breakfast only allows the levels of catabolic hormones to elevate and scavenge amino acids from muscle proteins.
if you are concerned with losing body fat and keeping lean muscle mass you should stop taking advice from some1 as they do not know how human biology functions...
