He never calls, just sends me texts. I can not tell if he is just shy or what is up?

Sounds like he cares about you, but is just taking things slowly. If you want him to call you, then just tell him. You should know by his reaction what the situation is. Sometimes, it really helps to sit down and talk with someone about the questions you have.

He is insecure about you.
It seems that you are comfortable with having sex, but he isn't. Perhaps you should behave as if you were a respectable man.
Don't pressure him into sex. Your actions seem to indicate: "SCREW ME!"
I think he is smart. He may be the best thing you have come across- don't knock it.
Just think- A person who thinks this hard about a woman who is throwing herself at him is one who will only make a big decision with a lot of thought beforehand.
There are not too many men like that.
How sexy is that? WAY sexy, i'd say.

Maybe he has morals and standards about sex, yuh think? Don't put your body out there for any guy you like to come along and to use. Be a little more classy. He wants to get to know you better, or wants to wait until marriage. Sounds like a great guy, not a dog.

First of all I feel he is really scared to approach you. Might be he avoids calling you since he might not speak well due to teh fear. He must be comfortable enough in sending texts since he gets enough time to think and answer for whatever you speak.
He is looking for your for it!!! If you are really interested, next time you pull him inside. He is scaring if you may leave him if he asks for that ! All the best.

What were you doing during these sleep overs? Did you kiss him? Were you fully clothed or naked? Maybe he just doesn't think of you in sexual terms. What did he say when you asked him? I'll bet he has a better answer than anything you'll get on Yahoo.

He sounds nice. Maybe he's a gentleman. Some guys actually respect women. Maybe he really likes you and that's why he's taking it a little slow....

I think that this guy is just shy. He's trying to create a relationship with you, not just sleeping with you, and he doesn't quite know how to do it. It's very hard to start to create a meaningful relationship, and this guy just doesn'e know how to start it.
