Ole Ray's has many flavors but I like his apple cinnamon. We use this in BBQ Competitions and have won and placed very high in some of them using this sauce. Competition quality BBQ is the best you can get - better than in any restaurant. http://www.olerayssauces.com/ To see how we use this sauce with competition style slow smoking visit http://www.bbq-recipes.net or http://www.bbq-book.com

The best barbecue sauce is the one that is made at home. You won't believe it, but this is the best you'll ever have:

12 oz coca cola
12 oz ketchup

Put both in a crockpot on low for four hours, stirring occasionally. Let cool and bottle it.

COOKIE'S!! I think it's just a midwestern thing since I can't find it on the west coast, but you can order from them online. I keep meaning to do that so my husband can taste what I consider the best ever BBQ sauce.
